Very unprofessional service. They never answer phone calls or provide updates on the repair status. The communication is extremely poor, and when it's time to pick up truck, they unexpectedly add storage fees without any reasonable explanation. We tried multiple times to speak with a manager, but we were always told the manager was on vacation or unavailable. we would not recommend this shop to anyone. Save yourself the frustration and take your truck somewhere else. Very poor customer service! and a disappointing overall experience.

I came to know Joliet Diesel thru social media. I called them and spoke to Antonio. He was able to accommodate me on some leaking injector gaskets. They got me in and did the work immediately. I am 100% satisfied with the work & their shop rates. Would recommend them. Antonio is a very busy guy and trys to balance out the shop's work load. I appreciate Joliet Diesel. Thank you.

We had some electrical problems with the truck, truck doesn’t start , batteries were smoking. They got my truck in and changed batteries and changed starter and we also had some coolant leak and they also replaced the hose completely and fixed it all in less than 3 HOURS . The best service ever so far . Fast , Affordable and Professional work . What else can we ask for ! KEEP IT UP AND GOD BLESS YOU

I am from Florida .. Water pump replacement and air dryer filter. This place is great! They get your truck in and out. They seem to always solve the problem and get your truck back on the road so that you can get back to work. Always good to call * SANTIAGO * ahead of time to give them a heads up to check for availability. Very trustworthy business,friendly service and fair pricing. Keep up the good work!
